Cookie Policy
This Policy explains what cookies are, which ones this portal uses, for what purpose, and how you can authorize, refuse, or review your choice at any time.

1. What are cookies
Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser to remember information from one page to another — for example, that you are already logged in or that you have already answered a survey. Similar technologies, such as the browser's local storage, serve a similar function and are also described here.
2. What this portal does NOT use
It's worth starting with what does not exist here, since this is what concerns visitors most:
- there is no advertising cookie or remarketing cookie;
- there is no audience analytics tool (Google Analytics or equivalent);
- there is no social media pixel or like button that tracks your browsing;
- we do not sell or share browsing data with advertisers.
3. Necessary cookies
These are essential for the portal to function. Without them it is not possible to maintain the session, submit forms securely, or store your own preferences. For this reason they do not depend on consent (art. 7, II and IX, of the LGPD — Brazil's General Data Protection Law) and cannot be disabled on the portal — only in your browser, at the cost of the site no longer functioning correctly.

4. VLibras (Brazilian Sign Language translator)
All pages load VLibras, the official Brazilian Sign Language (Libras) translator maintained by the
Federal Government, from the address vlibras.gov.br. This loading gives the service your IP address and
may create its own storage in your browser to remember avatar preferences.
VLibras is not subject to consent and cannot be turned off here: it is an accessibility resource, required by Lei nº 13.146/2015 (Brazilian Law on the Inclusion of Persons with Disabilities) and by Decreto nº 5.296/2004. Placing accessibility behind a "accept cookies" button would exclude exactly the people it exists to include. The legal basis is compliance with a legal obligation and the execution of public policy (art. 7, II and III, and art. 23 of the LGPD).
5. Embedded third-party content
Two areas of the portal display content hosted by other companies:
- the video gallery, which plays videos from YouTube;
- the Contact Us page, which shows the headquarters location via Google Maps.
These services may record their own cookies and log your IP address. For this reason, on this portal they are only loaded after you authorize them: until authorization is given, a notice with a button appears in place of the video or map, and no information about you is sent to Google.
You can authorize in three ways: through the notice that appears on your first visit, through the preferences panel, or by loading only that specific video or map — in which case the permission applies only to that display.
The legal basis here is consent (art. 7, I, of the LGPD), free, informed, and specific.
6. How to review your choice
- On the portal: click the cookie icon in the footer of any page. The panel reopens and the new choice takes effect immediately.
- In the browser: all browsers allow you to block or delete cookies in the privacy settings. Deleting this portal's cookies also deletes the record of your choice, and the notice will appear again.
Revoking is as simple as authorizing, as required by art. 8, §5, of the LGPD.
7. Consent record
When you make a choice, the portal stores the date, the option chosen, and the version of this notice, associated with a random identifier that is also kept in your cookie. This record allows the consortium to demonstrate consent, as required by art. 8, §2, of the LGPD. It does not store your IP, your browser, or any data that identifies you — storing more than this to prove consent regarding cookies would go against the principle of necessity.
8. Changes to this Policy
If the portal begins using a new tool or changes the purpose of any cookie, the version of this document is updated and the notice is displayed again, so that you can decide once more. The previous choice is not reused, because it was given regarding a different set of information.
