Presencial Bidding/SRP No. 001/2023 is opened for price registration for hiring a specialized company for event organization services

The Consórcio Intermunicipal de Desenvolvimento Econômico e Social do Vale do Rio Cuiabá has opened Pregão Presencial/SRP N. 001/2023 for the hiring of a company specialized in the organization and execution of various events. The objective is to enable the setup of infrastructure and provide logistical support to serve events held and/or supported by the municipalities.

The bidding session will be held publicly on July 3, 2023, at 8:30 a.m. (Cuiabá time), in the Auditorium of the Consórcio Intermunicipal do Desenvolvimento Econômico e Social do Vale do Rio Cuiabá, in Cuiabá/MT. The bidding process will be conducted through the In-Person Bidding (Pregão Presencial) modality, using the Lowest Price per LOT criterion.

The company that wins the bidding process will be responsible for carrying out the following activities: organization and execution of various events, infrastructure setup, and logistical support. No sample presentation is required, but a contractual guarantee is required.

To participate in the bidding process, interested companies must submit the qualification documents as specified in the Edital (bidding notice), observing the deadline of up to 2 business days before the opening of proposals for submitting requests for clarification or challenges.

The In-Person Bidding (Pregão Presencial) modality was chosen for being practical, easy, simple, and direct, allowing the participation of any interested party who meets the required criteria. In addition, In-Person Bidding allows for immediate clarifications during the process and facilitates price negotiation.

The objective of the Consórcio Intermunicipal do Desenvolvimento Econômico e Social do Vale do Rio Cuiabá with Pregão Presencial/SRP N. 001/2023 is to ensure compliance with constitutional principles, such as equal treatment (isonomia) and the selection of the most advantageous proposal for the Administration, without hindering the proceedings or increasing costs.

The opening of the bidding session is scheduled for 07/03/2023, and after the minutes are signed, the suppliers to be contracted to provide event organization services will be defined.
