CIDES - Vale do Rio Cuiabá launches bidding process for hiring event organization and execution services - Pregão Presencial/SRP Nº. 001/2023

NOTICE OF BIDDING

The Intermunicipal Consortium for Economic and Social Development of the Rio Cuiabá Valley (CIDES-VRC) announces the opening of Pregão Presencial/SRP Nº. 001/2023/CIDES.VRC, whose purpose is the Price Registration for the hiring of a service-providing company, on demand, focused on the organization and execution of various events. These services involve providing infrastructure setup and logistical support for events held and/or supported by the municipalities participating in the consortium.

The opening of proposals is scheduled for July 3, 2023, at 8:30 a.m. (Cuiabá - MT local time), at the facilities of the Rio Cuiabá Valley Consortium, located at Rua Professor João Felix, nº 1024, Bairro Lixeira, CEP 78008-435, Cuiabá - MT.
