NOTICE OF INTENT TO REGISTER PRICES

(Art. 86 of Lei nº 14.133/2021 – Brazil's Public Procurement Law)

1. MANAGING BODY 1.1. Intermunicipal Consortium for Economic and Social Development of the Cuiabá River Valley – CIDESC-VRC 2. ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESS 2.1. No. 000016/25/CIDES-VRC 3. OBJECT 3.1. PRICE REGISTRATION for the future and eventual hiring of a specialized company to provide planned inspection services in public properties used for administrative and institutional purposes, including the provision of labor, materials, equipment, and tools required, in accordance with technical specifications and quantities defined in items previously selected from the SINAPI Table, in order to meet the demands of the participating consortium municipalities. 4. PURPOSE OF THE IRP 4.1. This Intent to Register Prices aims to allow other Public Administration bodies and entities to express interest in participating in the Price Registration System, consolidating demands, standardizing procurement processes, and optimizing resources through economies of scale. 5. DEADLINE FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST 5.1. Interested entities may express interest within 08 (eight) business days from the publication of this notice. 5.2. Final deadline: December 26, 2025, until 5:00 PM (Brasília time). 6. DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR PARTICIPATION 6.1. The expression of interest must be sent to licitacaocomissao@consorciovaledoriocuiaba.com.br , containing: a) A request outlining the description of the need and the Preliminary Technical Study with justifications; b) Estimated consumption and indication of the locations of execution; c) Estimated procurement schedule, when applicable. 7.
